BACON WRAPPED HOT DOG TACO

While hunting the interwebs for the ‘next great taco’ , I stumbled across one of my favorite creators, @viewsontheroad , making some pretty epic bacon wrapped hot dog tacos that I figured I needed to try.

First I rolled up some halved hot dogs in thick cut bacon and placed them into a pan. In a separate pan I started carmalizing a sweet onion and in pot I began warming some ranch beans.

With everything completed, I warmed up a few corn tortillas and melted some cheese on top of each one. Next I piled in the bacon wrapped hotdogs and on 1 side I placed the beans and on the other I placed the onions. With a little pico de gallo, a slice of an avocado, a few scoops of the super tasty @fontovamexicanfoods Salsa Taquera and these tacos were ready to be slayed.
