TacoSlayers FRIED CHICKEN CURRY TACOS
If you told me 10 years ago that I’d be sitting in my kitchen on a Friday night making homemade fried chicken, I wouldn’t have believed you in the slightest. But there I was, having just spent a couple hours learning how to make curry for the first time, and now I was frying chicken. Kind of amazing how far this taco obsession has taken me.
CURRY tacos!! I’ve been wanting to make these for a while but I kept putting it off. That changed when I was snooping around @spiceandteamerchantstemecula and found an awesome pre bagged CURRY seasoning. The little bag carried all the spices that I added into what would become my curry gravey(onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and cabbage). After slow cooking it all together I blended it smooth.
Once my chicken was finished up I Coated each fried chicken bite with the curry gravy. Next I warmed up a few flour tortillas a placed In mixture of grilled onions, bell peppers, and sprouts followed by the chicken, cilantro, and some spicy homemade salsa macha.
Holy smokes. This was soooo good. Sooooooooo goood!!
