DEL REAL BARBACOA TACOS

Last night we didn’t have as much dinner prep time as usual so I pulled out the trusty @delrealfoods Barbacoa and warmed it up. This was my first experience with the Barbacoa and it was super tasty.

After the meat was heated I placed it into a queso crusted flour tortilla with a handful of cilantro and onions with a little drizzling of a homemade salsa macha. Sooooo tasty.
