TACO DAY 940/1000
ADAPTABLE’S BBQ PORK TACOS
Earlier this year I won a contest over at @adaptablemeals and my prizes showed up yesterday so NATURALLY I had to whip up a round of epic tacos.
The first meat I tried was their Whiskey Pepper Pork Loin and I found a pretty killer recipe from @cookathomemom that we decided to taco-pply it to.
I threw the meat on the @charbroilgrills for about 35 min, brushing it with bbq sauce every few min until it reach 145°. While the meat grilled I prepped up a spicy cabbage (recipe is on the adaptable website).
And once the meat was ready, I piled it into a flour tortilla after tossing it in a little extra @jntsbbqsauce San Andreas habanero infused BBQ sauce and piled in the slaw. After a topping of slice onions we slayed these AWESOME tacos.
