MISO STEAK TACOS
These miso steak tacos are hands down one of my favorite tacos to make. I found the recipe from a @gordongram video and I highly suggest giving it a Google.
On a toasted flour tortilla sits a damp pile of shredded Napa cabbage seasoned with rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and a sesame seed oil drop or two. Over sits 3 slices of @charbroilgrills grilled ribeye steak that’s been resting in a bath of miso paste, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. While I did make a Wasabi mayo I required extra heat supplied by @huyfongfoods Chile Paste.
Just incredible!!!
