Carne Asada Tacos
After a long day of yard work and car washing Shannon and I picked up a couple pounds of arracherra meat and a few veggies and immediately jumped into to “grill ‘n’ chill” mode.
With a few tomatoes, green onion,red onion, jalapeno, cilantro,oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, salt and pepper I blended together a pretty solid pico de gallo.
Next I fired up the @charbroilgrills
Once more and after a couple hours of the beef marinating with my wife’s mother’s top secret recipe I dropped them onto the heat.
Once the meat was ready I piled it into a flour tortilla along with the fresh pico and an avocado slice and slayed..
