CHORIZO TACOS

I was searching the inter webz for an awesome chorizo taco recipe when I came across a YouTube account, eat4f1.

This person whipped a pretty tasty looking chorizo concoction using chorizo, ground beef, potato, onion, garlic, and red bell peppers.

The recipe looked so good I gave it a whirl myself and I couldn’t have been more satisfied.

After cooking up the chorizo, beef, tater combo I dropped it into a corn tortilla and added in pickled red onions, cilantro, queso fresco, an avocado slice and some drops of the fiery habanero sauce from @mariesharpsusa ..
