ADOBADA TACOS
Yesterday we dropped by our favorite local carniceria, the belky meat market in Wildomar, to pick up a few pounds of Adobada. We had some friends coming over for a night of Taco Slaying and we needed the best meat in town.
At home I grilled up the seasoned pork meat over my @charbroilgrills along with a few slices of pineapple. Once the adobada and pineapples were ready I fixed up a few cheesed up flour tortillas and piled everything in.
