Adobada & Carne Asada Tacos
After an eventful week of work I thought it would be best to finish Friday off with a tasty grill session. I dropped by the belky meat market in Wildomar and picked up a couple pounds of both marinated pork steak and beef ribs, their house salsa, pinto beans, guacamole, and a cucumber.
Once home, I fired up the @charbroilgrills and got to grilling. Both meats get piled into some cheese’d flour tortillas, with a scoop of pinto beans, salsa, cucumber, guacamole and then I dropped in the volcanic heat of @mariesharpsusa RED HORNET super hot sauce.
I followed up each bite with a necessary swig of an iced cold @topochicousa
