ADOBADA TACOS

My plan was to make some killer homemade corn tortillas but at some point along the way I goofed and the tortillas ended up just wrong. I had to pull out my back up yellow corn tortillas and put them to work.

They did get the job done as they served as the perfect vessel for a fat scoop of guacamole, a mountain of marinated pork meat, cilantro,onions, a squirt of lime juice and a massive drizzling of @magohotsauce Pineapple Habanero. Since I didn’t have any fresh pineapple this Mago sauce served a duel purpose of both Sweet and Heat.

Sooo much flavor!!
