Beer battered Jumbo shrimp inside a toasted flour tortilla with a crispy cheese coating. Above the shrimp site s mountain of sauteed bell peppers & onions along with mexican crema, cilantro, and a fat drizzling of smoked habanero roasted garlic hot sauce from Burns & McCoy.
