THE STREET DOG TACOS

Last night we whipped a round of house favorites and they turned out fantastic.

I grilled up a round of bacon wrapped all beef hot dogs on the @charbroilgrills and tossed around some green bell peppers and onions in a hot pan until soft but still crunchy. Next, I piled both items into a cheese coated corn tortilla from @elcomalproducts and added a scoop of pinto beans, guacamole, queso fresco and a solid drizzling from @humboldt_hotsauce Habanero Mango and hooooly smokes was it good.

Habanero Sauces and Salsa are my absolute favorite and this particular one from Humboldt HotSauce absolutely crushes. I bet it would go great on chorizo tacos as well.
