CHORIZO BREAKFAST TACOS
Started the day off properly by breaking fast a bit early and slaying some breakfast tacos in the for lunch.
I mixed a container of chorizo with 6 eggs and scrambled every thing up. While the eggs were cooking I heated up some bacon and began melting cheese onto a flour tortilla. Once everything was hot I combined it all together and topped these tacos in guacamole, cilantro, and onions before lathering them in @cholulahotsauce Sweet Habanero hot sauce. This was my first time trying this flavor of cholula and it is a pretty solid upgrade from the original. A little more heat, a little more flavore but still great quality. AWESOME!!
