SHAWARMA STYLE CHICKEN TACOS

Shawarma like al pastor should be cut from a spin buuuuuttttt I kabob’d them and consistently rotated them on the @charbroilgrills . The tzatziki seasoned chicken would be chopped down once cooked through and placed into a toasted up corn/flour hybrid tortilla.

Next I added in some chopped tomatoes, cucumber and red onions before scooping in a cilantro shawarma cream sauce. After topping this taco off with a jalapeno I destroyed it and I’ve got to be honest it was cool to have something that tasted so different to what I’ve been making even though the ingredients were so similar.
