BUFFALO CHICKEN TACOS
After the previous day’s fried chicken strip project produced 4lbs of left overs, we figured we should probably roll onto another of fried chicken.
These tacos would be mimicking their distant cousin, the Buffalo chicken sandwich, with a layer of provolone cheese over a hybrid corn/flour tortilla instead of bread. Over the melted cheese sat a generious helping of a red pepper cabbage slaw we made and over the slaw sat breaded chicken tenders that we tossed and sloshed with @franksredhot
. To finish this taco off a poured a little extra Buffalo sauce out along with some of my favorite bleu cheese dressing from @bobsbigboysaladdressings
