TACO DAY 735/1000


Tried out a new recipe for buffalo chicken tacos using the @mccormickspice Buffalo Wing seasoning and what might possibly be the greatest Bleu Cheese spread of all time.

First I sliced up 2 lbs of chicken breasts and tossed them in a bag where the McCormick Buffalo was waiting. After shaking the bag up to completely coat each slice of chicken the bag was emptied onto an oven sheet were It would get baked for 30 minutes at 450°.

While the chicken cooked I whipped a Bleu cheese and a cilantro/cabbage slaw.

The Bleu cheese recipe, because I think you’ll like it:
1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 mayonnaise, 1 diced green onion, sprinkle of dried parsley and garlic salt, and finally the juice from 1/4 lemon with 2.5 Oz of bleu cheese crumbles all mixed together.

Next I combined a cup of chopped cabbage with a 1/4 cup of cilantro and mixed together with a splash of rice vinegar and salt. Finally everything came together over a flour tortilla in just under 30 min and it was killer.
