TACO DAY 736/1000


Whipped up some pretty killer tacos last night using the @mccormickspice Grill Mates Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade mix to zap my steak full of flavor.

After mixing the marinade with a 1/4 cup of water and oil along with the juice from a couple limes I let the flap meat bathe in the juices for about 45 min.

In that time I whipped up a super tasty chimichurri sauce.
1 bunch chopped cilantro
1 bunch chopped parsley
3 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp dried oregano
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp crushed red peppers
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 chopped bell pepper
2 chopped fresno peppers
Juice from 1 lime
Salt to taste

After hand chopping and mixing everything up into a beautiful green color, I heated up the @charbroilgrills and laid out the meat over some fire.

Once the meat was finished I warmed up a couple tortillas and piled my Brazilian steak in, followed by a very generous helping of chimichurri and few sprinkles of queso. Simple tacos but Each bite is just pack flavor.

Honestly though I wish I doubled my chimichurri recipe because this sauce goes so well on everthing!
