McCORMICK SPICY BACON CHEESEBURGER TACOS
Made some classic ground beef tacos last night with a major upgrade, BACON!
I started with a pound of bacon that I placed into the oven for 20 min at 375°. Next I dropped a pound of ground beef over a skillet to brown it up before pouring in the @mccormickspice Hot Taco Seasoning over the meat.
Next I chopped up some lettuce and cilantro that I mixed together with rice vinegar and pepper. I also diced up some garden tomatoes and onions that would go directly into a skillet to be grilled up in butter. Also I whipped up a spicy mayo using chile paste, mayonnaise and lime juice.
With everything completed I started stacking ingredients into a sweet street sized toasted flour tortilla. First a glazing from the spicy mayo followed by a generious helping of McCormick seasoned ground beef, grilled onions and cheese. Next I placed in the lettuce, tomato, and finished with some tasty bacon shards. 🥓
