McCORMICK CHIPOTLE PEPPER CARNE ASADA TACOS

Last night I tested out the @mccormickspice Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper seasoning on a couple pounds of skirt steak and it was awesome!

The seasoning packet is full if spices that I’ve mixed together before but all contained, pre mixed and ready use worked out really well. After mixing with a quarter cup of oil and water I doused the meat in it and let it rest for about 45 min.

In that time I prepped up some homemade corn tortillas using McCormick crushed red peppers and masa harina and a little hot water. I also chopped up some cilantro and red onions and mashed up an avocado.

With the toppings diced and tortillas made, I sparked up the @charbroilgrills for some direct flame to meat contact. And with in a few minutes on each side we were ready to taco.

First I loaded up my corn tortilla with the avocado which would cement the chipotle pepper carne asada in place. I fished off this taco with the cilantro and red onions.

What hot sauce goes on this taco or do you prefer as is?
