GRILLED CATFISH TACOS

On Thursday we spent the morning hunting some Catfish at our local lake and unfortunately only walked away with one fish. But that one fish participated in a pretty epic round of tacos.

After seasoning the filets with @blackstoneproducts bayou blend and oil, I grilled the fish over hot coals on my @charbroilgrills cb940 for about 3mins each side.

Afterwards i piled the meat over a flour tortilla (@cardenasmarkets ) with a little homemade tarter sauce. Next a spoonful of garden pico de gallo graced the top followed by some drops of @mariesharpsusa Firey Hot Habanero for maximum flavor.

Soooo bomb.
