GRILLED CHIMICHURRI STEAK
Spent the evening grilling up some of my favorite things over the charcoal in my old school cb940.
Before the cooking began I whipped up a hand chopped CHIMICHURRI and then let it rest so all the flavors could vibe off each other for a while. Once the grill was at the optimal temperature I placed the steak over the the flame got a few minutes on each side.
Once ready I placed the meat and chimichurri inside a flour tortilla and drizzled some @mariesharpsusa @mariesharps habanero alll over the taco. Sooooo bomb!
I also attempted some chicken lollipops, but they need work, and elote.
