TACO DAY 782/1000


Last nights ground beef tacos were absolutely killer and the perfect pallet for some homemade habanero salsa.

Using my wife’s garden grown habanero peppers and @mikeyvshotsauce recipe book that I picked up from @thespicysister.ca , I made the most delicious Belizean style hot sauce.

For the tacos i placed a layer of seasoned ground beef into a fresh @elcomalproducts corn tortilla and fried them up. Once crispy, i piled on the habanero sauce, @yucatanguac , crema, cotija and some vinegar soaked white onions. I topped this off with a few drops of reaper sauce from @mikeyvshotsauce . Boom.

Sooooo good!
