TACOS AND KOMBUCHA AT NOVA

Yesterday my home girl Vicky invited us down to the Brazilian Brewery in Chula Vista, @novobrazil , for some hard brewed Kombucha and tacos from their killer on site taco spot, @otrotacotruck .

The brewery houses over 21 huge vats of kombucha tea brewing up with huge mattress size scobies. NOVO mostly produces regular and hard Kombucha but also makes some pretty wild Hazy IPAs.

Outside, OTRO was prepping fresh nixtamal corn tortillas and grilling up 3 different types of tacos. Naturally I had to order up 1 of each.

1st taco was a killer ribeye steak taco with salsa verde and a slice of avocado.

2nd taco was one of the most delicious Carnitas Tacos I’ve ever tasted and it was so simple. Meat, salsa verde and avocado.

The 3rd taco was equally as incredible. Shrimp on a bed of melted queso and topped with red cabbage and a tasty cream sauce.

I strongly encourage you to make your way down to Chula Vista and sample these tacos and Kombuchas immediately.
