SALSA MACHA ON CARNITAS TACOS
It was the final night of carnitas left overs and I went with a couple loaded street tacos.
After warming up my corn tortillas I melted in a little queso and scooped in a spoonful of homemade salsa roja. Next I piled in my slow cooked root beer carnitas along with the usual suspects: cilantro, cotija and onions. Lastly I pulled out my super tasty and super hot salsa macha, made with dried chiles and an assortment of nuts.
Absolutely delicious!
