SWEET PORK BELLY TACOS!
While at the store the other day I came across a couple packs of ‘ready to cook’ pork belly from @adaptablemeals !
The pork belly was already seasoned with a brown sugar dry rub so I simply preheated my oven to 300° and placed them in for an hour and 15 minutes. With an internal temp of 200° the fat becomes jello’y and super tasty.
Afterwards I chopped up the pork belly and tossed it around in a bowl of spicy kbbq sauce.
Finally with some homemade corn tortillas, pickled red onions, cilantro and a little cream I built up some of the most delicious tacos I’ve ever tasted.
