THE BAJA SHRIMP TACOS & AGUA FRESCAS

Dropped by @the_baja_shrimp yesterday at a pop up they put on at their house in Lake Elsinore, CA.

They had all the goodies available: deliciously micho rimmed agua frescas, ceviche and of course TACOS! I ordered up a pair of their signature steak and shrimp tacos with melted cheese, the meats, grilled peppers and a wild chipotle cream sauce. So freaking tasty.

The Baja Shrimp is making some big moves and I’m stoked to see how well November rocks got the them.
