BULGOGI NEW YORK STEAK TACOS
With a little inspiration from both the @ohmygogi_htx
and @kogibbq I whipped up these super tasty bulgogi tacos.
I mixed together a cabbage slaw with green cabbage, cilantro, green onion, chile paste, soy sauce, red peppers and miran.
I had scored a sweet deal on new york steaks so I trimmed/sliced them up and dunked the meat into a bulgogi sauce for a while before i cooked them up in the cast iron. After the beef was cooked up I brought it over to a hot nonstick pan and tossed the steak around with a little more bulgogi sauce.
While I prepared a corn tortilla with melted mozzarella cheese I simultaneously fried up an egg and once ready I combined everything onto that tortilla and covered it in more hot chile paste (my favorite).
With all that heat I needed a little something to cool my face hole down a little bit and that’s when I added a little @gringolocobeercandy to the rim of my glass before covering it in tajin and pouring in some @manzanitasolmx .
Mmmmhmmm.
