TACOS DORADOS W/ A WHOLE BUNCH OF HOT SAUCE

These fried tacos are some of my favorites to make and stuff my face with, not to mention they’re perfect for piling on the sauces!

After seasoning some ground beef with @mccormickspice Tazzy Cayanne and garlic seasoning I stuffed about 30 corn tortillas with the meat. I then  dropped the meated tortillas into some hot corn oil and fried up until crispy.

Afterwards I took 4 prime Dorados and coated them in seasoned cabbage, lime soaked red onions, sour cream, an avocado slice, cotija and a variety of hot sauces.

For the sake of pictures I loaded up these 4 tacos with @lolasfinehotsauce family reserve, @donwapohotsauce RIP Ride!!!, @mariesharpsusa Green habanero, and @yellowbirdsauce habanero condiment.  All though that was just for pictures, each bite received a fresh drizzling of hot sauce from the huge arsenal of sauces I’ve been accumulating.
