DELUXE DOUBLE DECKER TACOS!!
Yes sir, and they were freaking delicious! Was at the local @grocery_outlet when I found a couple boxes of @oldelpaso soft and hard shell taco dinner packs. That’s when I made the reckless decision to purchase a couple of them and make double Deckers for dinner.
We did these tacos up as proper as you can. I used chorizo refried beans as a base layer on the flour tortillas. The corn shells get a little heat in the oven before making its way into the flour/bean blanket. First a layer of sour cream before pouring in the seasoned ground beef to capacity. Lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and a drizzling of nacho cheese before a dousing of @infernofarms TingleBerry Hot Sauce. So bomb.
Definitely brings back memories when I would frequent @tacobell as a youth wishing I had a hotter better tasting hot sauce.
