STEAK AND EGG TACOS
I don’t know what it is about the runny egg in my tacos but I love it!
The corn tortilla received a cheese crust coating before a layer of refried beans was layed in to hold my mound of grilled skirt steak in place. Next was a helping of pico de gallo before the egg was delicately placed on top. I finished these tacos off with a huge drizzling of @hi_spice GUAVA Lava hot sauce giving these tacos the perfect sweet heat addition for slaying.
