TACOS DORADOS DE PAPA
Yesterday I whipped up another round of those golden delicious fried potato tacos but for these I added in a little cheese to my mixture.
After I boiled up some sliced Idaho potatoes I mashed them up with a combination of both cheddar and mozzarella cheese before placing them into @elcomalproducts corn tortillas and frying them in a pan of hot oil.
Once crispy and golden I placed a layer of homemade Guacamole over one side along with some chopped pieces of bacon. Next I piled in some red vinegar’d cabbage and cilantro along with some pickled red onions. Afterwards I drizzled on some chipotle cream sauce and a few drops of @cutinosauce Verde sauce over the top.
I said it before, I’ll say it again and again. I LOVE THESE TACOS!!!
