Spicy Sticky Fried Chicken Tacos

As I get closer to the 1000th day I’ve been trying to make sure I cook up all my favorite tacos. This taco is definitely one of those.

I discovered the @kogibbq Spicy Sticky Wing sauce a few months back at the local market and was blown away at the flavor. At home I bread and fry a bunch of chicken bites then toss them around in this sauce.

The Sticky Chicken bites eventually find their way to a cheesed up corn tortilla from @elcomalproducts with a layer of @eatluckyfoods Kimchi Mayo and pile of purple cabbage slaw.

After a few pieces of cilantro is placed on the chicken (and a little photoshoot) we slay.

Soooooo Goooooood!!!
