TACO DAY 996/1000

WORLD FAMOUS TACO BILLS WITH ENDLESS ATLAS

Yesterday we got a little invite to have tacos with some of my oldest friends, Scotty & Bristol, and check out their insane @endlessatlas project.

Their idea is to adventure the globe in their custom built 1997 Stewart & Stevenson M1083 6×6. How freaking cool is that?! They’re just a few days away from placing the box ontop of the rig and building out their living quarters. This thing will even have a garage for their for extremely small 1963 Steyr Puch Haflinger.

Throughout some of the journeys, Scotty & Bristol experienced, they came across TacoBill (@justsalinebill ) deep in the desert doing what TacoBill does best, making killer tacos. Naturally Scotty had to connect TacoBill and The TacoSlayers together for some a good time and it gave is all an opportunity to check out this skunkworks project they’ve been working on.

TacoBill rolled up with a cooler full of prepped ground beef/cheese Tacos that simply awaited a quick fried crispy in bacon grease and stuffed with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, cheese, and a homemade smoked salsa. So damn delicious.

It was the perfect day for these tacos. The combination of a great day surrounded by great humans enjoys some wicked good tacos was just too awesome.
